Zinedine Zidane Makes a Splash at Paris Olympics, Attends Morning Track and Field Events
French football legend Zinedine Zidane made a special appearance at the Paris 2024 Olympics, attending the morning track and field events at the Stade de France on Friday. Accompanied by his wife, Veronique, they took their seats in the designated "Olympic Family" section.
Some sources suggest that Zidane's presence at the track and field events was due to his great passion for the sport, as well as his support for Algerian athletes, including Jamal Sajati, who qualified for the 800m final after topping his semi-final heat.
Zidane was also spotted at the artistic gymnastics events, where he witnessed Algeria's Kaila Nemour's gold medal win in the uneven bars apparatus.
