Danish striker Rasmus Hojlund could be on the verge of an experience in Serie A, with Manchester United open to loaning him to Milan as per transfer expert Fabrizio Romano.
The report adds how the negotiations between the two clubs have been proceeding as described in recent hours, with Milan looking to sign the player for a season on loan and Manchester United asking for €6m to let him go out on loan risk-free while not retaining even part of his salary (worth approximately €7m net which would make it €4m net).
Manchester United continue to weigh up those approaches, loan-to-buy or otherwise, and while Hojlund remains eager to compete for a senior role at Old Trafford the capture of Benjamin Sesko as a free agent from Austria Salzburg could leave him short of first-team minutes in 2019-20.
Hojlund was a significant part of Atalanta team last season, in which he has 52 appearances as a Manchester United player (for 10 goals and 4 assists) with the most starts of just 38 matches.
